GS-1750 Instructional Systems position course work requirements map directly to the courses in the programs listed below. Soldiers who complete the courses as part of the CAS or full masters degree will meet/exceed the GS-1750 requirements.

Instructional Design, Development & Evaluation (M.S.)

Prepares students to evaluate learning and performance problems and to design, develop, implement, evaluate, and manage instructional solutions to these problems.

Designing Digital Instruction, Certificate of Advanced Study (C.A.S.)

Provides an introduction to instructional design, digital learning techniques, research, and data analysis needed to provide this kind of instruction in any field.

  • 15 credits – 4 core courses (12 credits) required, plus one elective more specifically tailored to your interests

Instructional Design Foundations, Certificate of Advanced Study (C.A.S.)

Provides a strong foundation in designing effective and efficient instructional materials, as well as their development, implementation, analysis, and evaluation.

  • 12 credits – 4 courses (3 credits each) required
