Here are just a few of the part-time study financial aid opportunities at Syracuse University:
UC Achiever Scholarship – 45% off Tuition
If you’re a good student who wants to transfer to SU, the UC Achiever Scholarship is an excellent opportunity to save 45% of tuition. You must have a minimum 3.3 GPA, at least 30 credits of transferable coursework, and maintain your GPA for 90 credits or six years, or until you’ve earned your bachelor’s degree, whichever comes first.
University College Dean’s Scholarship- 45% off Tuition
A merit-based scholarship that covers 45 percent of tuition to academically qualified undergraduates who are not eligible for the Achiever Scholarship. Students transferring to Syracuse University through UC who perform at Dean’s list academic level can be awarded the scholarship after earning 12 SU credits with a minimum 3.4 GPA.
UC Incentive Grant – 50% off First 3 Classes
New and qualified returning part-time undergraduates may be eligible for the UC Incentive Grant. Enroll in a 3-credit class with a 25% deposit. If you drop the class by the financial drop deadline, it will be refunded. If you complete it, the Incentive Grant of 50% of tuition for the class will be awarded. You pay the remaining 25%. This tuition-only award is renewable for three consecutive semesters.
Higher Education Opportunity Program
HEOP provides financial, academic, and tutoring support for New York State residents. Eligible students must be transferring from an (H)EOP college or university or first-time college students who have graduated from high school with a 4-year average between 70 and 84.5, or have earned a GED or vocational diploma. HEOP students must also meet economic guidelines.
