David M. Bull is a part-time instructor at Syracuse University. He teaches in the Bachelor of Professional Studies program at University College, and in the Department of Entrepreneurship and Emerging Enterprises at the Whitman School of Management. An accomplished business professional, Mr. Bull has held leadership positions in the government, corporate, and nonprofit sectors spanning multiple industries – and as an entrepreneur he has owned and operated three profitable small businesses of his own.
His background includes having served as Business Development Manager for Precision Systems Manufacturing, Inc., National Accounts Manager for Cathedral Corporation, District Manager for Yamaha Golf-Car Company, and Senior Advisor for the New York State Small Business Development Center, where he simultaneously served as the “Business-Advisor-In-Residence” at the Syracuse Technology Garden business incubator.
Mr. Bull earned a Bachelor’s in Business Management/Administration from Le Moyne College, an MBA from SUNY Oswego, and a Master’s in Entrepreneurship and Emerging Enterprises with a NYS Certificate of Advanced Study in Sustainable Enterprise from Syracuse University. He has earned additional certifications as a NYS Certified Business Advisor and NASBITE Certified Global Business Professional.
