JPMorgan Chase executive to discuss how a liberal arts degree can be leveraged to build a career

University College will host a presentation by Nadege Charles, vice president and talent development manager at JPMorgan Chase & Co., on Tuesday, April 13, from 6-7 p.m. in Room 307 of the University College building, 700 University Ave.  Charles will speak on “Applying a Liberal Arts Degree in a Global Enterprise.”

The event is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served. Free parking is available in the University Avenue Garage; attendees should bring their parking stub to the event for validation.

Charles understands the value of a liberal arts education and will discuss how a liberal arts background can be leveraged to build a career. She will also offer practical tips on what individuals can do to enhance their job candidacy.

Charles has had a long career in human resources, hiring new employees and helping potential employees develop the skills and techniques that lead to successful job searches.
