Employer Tuition Reimbursement Plan

Students whose employer offers a tuition reimbursement program may qualify to participate in the Employer Tuition Reimbursement Plan. This option does not apply to certain programs that meet outside of the University’s published official term.

The application may be downloaded when EMPLOYER TUITION REIMBURSEMENT is chosen as the Payment Option at the time of registration. Both the student and the employer must sign to verify eligibility for tuition reimbursement. The signed application must be submitted to the College of Professional Studies Bursar & Registration Office within 7 business days from the date of registration in order to confirm registration. Non-receipt of the signed form will result in cancellation of the class schedule.

The student, not the employer, will be billed at the end of the University’s official published term, which may not coincide with the last meeting date of some classes. Payment is due by the invoice due date regardless of whether the following conditions have been met:

  • the student has received reimbursement by that time
  • the class is complete
  • grades have been posted

Please read the application in its entirety before signing it. It is a binding contract between you and Syracuse University.
